Ramadan
“Ramadhan is the (month) in which was sent down the Qur’an, as a guide to mankind, also clear (Signs) for guidance and judgment (Between right and wrong). So every one of you who is present (at his home) during that month should spend it in fasting, but if anyone is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed period (Should be made up) by days later. Allah intends every facility for you; He does not want to put you to difficulties. (He wants you) to complete the prescribed period, and to glorify Him in that He has guided you, and perchance ye shall be grateful” Surah Al #Baqarah Q2:185
Fasting
“O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may (learn) self-restraint,- (Fasting) for a fixed number of days; but if any of you is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed number (Should be made up) from days later. For those who can do it (With hardship), is a ransom, the feeding of one that is indigent. But he that will give more, of his own free will,- it is better for him. And it is better for you that ye fast if ye only knew” Surah Al- #Baqarah Q2:183-184

About Dr. Kafayat (Kaffy)
Dr. Kafayat Kehinde Lamidi completed her Ph.D. in Management (Entrepreneurship & Strategy in Higher Education) at the University of Huddersfield on a fast track after earning a First-Class Degree in Business Management. It is a privilege for her to have completed her doctorate degree on the Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship Scheme which honors her as one of the best graduates of her time. She is a product of Lagos State University (LASU) where she holds a Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management.
She is passionate about education and as an advocate for educational advancement, she consecutively obtains a certificate in counselling and she is an ICF Certified Coach. She is an author, educator, and Founding Executive Director of the Global Self-Education Platform (GSEP). GSEP is an online educational platform for advancing, exchanging knowledge, and sharing information. At GSEP, a series of topics are discussed ranging from social issues to business (management) to psychological concepts and contemporary educational practices. Lecture video series are released via Dr. Kafayat Kehinde Lamidi YouTube Channel and audio series are downloadable via Apple Podcasts, Google Play Music, and Spotify at regular intervals.
She is a pracademic and serial entrepreneur. She provides educational support, business strategies, information sharing, and helping services to individuals, groups, and organisations.
